This is the start of the 2025/2026 training year
Civilian clothes will be worn to provide an opportunity to change uniform parts at supply.
New and returning Cadets, please fill out and print off the following Cadet Code of Conduct form and bring it with you, or if you do not have a printer, we can provide the form for you to fill out during your registration. Dont forget to date and sign the last page.
For new Cadets, your Rank is AC, please enter your first and last name, Cadet number, leave blank, Home Corps/Squadron is 223 RCACS.
Uniform exchange
See Supply for uniform exchanges providing availability.
Please have the items you wish to return cleaned.
We do not exchange shirts or socks, so keep them.
Supply will be open and available, so cadets can come as they need when supply is available.
The uniform request form appears to be working.

- Birth Certificate
- BC ID
- Passport
In addition, please bring your BC Medical care card to show its health number, or other health insurer documentation.
See Administration, Captain Schrauwen, or 2Lt Rossner near the office within the G20 building.
Uniforms, providing availability, are typically issued 3 weeks after joining.
Traffic flow
As a general notice, for standard Cadet nights at G20, the gate access from Mission Road to the Hook Road will be open after 1815hrs.

Orange – the gate location DND property access
Green – desired traffic flow shown with green arrows,
Light Green Box – Drop off \ pickup location
Yellow – For those who require parking to attend G20 for enrollment, please park in the yellow outlined area.
Pink – If parking becomes too full, please park along the edge of the roads shown with pink, or the boxed pink area.
Blue – Access to G20 building.
Red – Please do not go beyond the red line areas.
