0720 – Bus departure
1145 – Arrival at Abbotsford Exhibition Park
1430 – Band Inspection
1500 – Band Performance
1730 – Bus departure to NRS Aldergrove
25 May (Sunday)
0930 – Bus departure to Abbotsford Exhibition Park
1630 – Bus departure for return to Vernon
2040 – Arrival at G20 and Parent Pickup
