- Don’t forget:
- Sleeping bag & pillow. NO LINEN WILL BE PROVIDED
- Reusable water bottle
- A combination lock
- RAIN GEAR! – We will be outside, rain or shine!
- Small amount of cash (less than ~$5)
- We’re planning a mini canteen to be available Saturday evening for Cadets to purchase refreshments and snacks from, as interested
- Cadets should be comfortable carrying their own bags
- What you pack, you must be able to carry
- As always, Corps/Sqns are not responsible for any lost or damaged items, it is up to each cadet to take care of their own kit
- Don’t forget to label all of your kit with your full name!
- Don’t forget:
- Dress
- For those with issued uniform, C5 uniform with issued boots
- For those without issued uniform, comfortable, layered clothing appropriate for the outdoors (rain or shine)
- There should not be mixing of civilian clothing and uniform parts, other than a neutral coloured jacket for warmth and rainproofing overtop of the C5 uniform
- Don’t forget your Cadet issued parka for those cold mornings
- Meals
- Meals will be a combination of catered and MREs
- Ensure you eat a dinner prior to arrival or bring a packed dinner on Friday
- Please NO NUTS OF ANY KIND or SEAFOOD
- We have received dietary restrictions from your Corps/Sqn staff
- If you are unsure of this, or would like to confirm, please reach out to your Corps/Sqn Training Officer
- Accommodations
- Sleeping arrangements will be gender specific and in shared quarters (up to 8 individuals per tent)
- If you have specific requests for accommodations, please reply to this email directly

- Medication
- Those taking medication should ensure their medication is in their original individual labelled containers, or in blister packs
- Upon arrival, medication options will be discussed with your individual corps/sqn staff
