Sunday, May 26th @ 1:00 pm (for 2:00 pm show start) – Full Show (for info booth cadets & show helpers)
BAND CADETS
For those who can join the Kelowna band cadets for the whole weekend:
- FRIDAY, May 24th 5:20 pm dropoff at lower camp gate (15th Ave on east side of Hwy 97)
- Ensure you have FULL DRESS UNIFORM, instrument & music
- Bring bedding (sleeping bag or sheet/blanket and pillow), changes of civilian clothing, toiletries, and towel
For those who cannot stay at the cadet camp for the whole weekend:
- SATURDAY, May 25th 8:30 am dropoff at Kal Tire Place – loading bay entrance
- Cadets can stay the whole day – lunch and supper will be provided
- 9:00 – 9:30 am practice on arena floor
- 1:00 pm call time for 1:30 pm start (Dress Rehearsal)
- 6:00 pm call time for 6:30 pm start (First Show)
- 8:30 pm pickup
- SUNDAY, May 26th
- 1:00 pm call time for 1:30 pm start (Second Show)
- 3:30 pm pickup
